The polypreparers is a machine that has the function of automatically preparing solutions of polyelectrolyte powder and water in the desired concentrations, using an appropriate dosing system and mixing of the ingredients.
The product powder by a screw feeder, is dosed and pre-mixed with water inside a first preparation tank equipped with a stirrer. The solution thus obtained will pass through special weirs, from the first to the second tank (maturation), and then move to the third (accumulation), the latter equipped with adjustable overflow and level probes for the automatic operation. Each tank is equipped with agitators to keep the solution homogeneous and discharges at the bottom to ensure the emptying of all sectors in case of need
