Water of common use, both civil and industrial, are present in liquid form the encrusting calcium and magnesium salts normally defined "WATER HARDNESS."
The water softeners contain the ion exchange resins to transform the encrusting salts in the neutral salts do not encrusting. The water thus obtained is currently referred to as: "SOFTENED WATER".

The softened water prevents the formation of calcareous incrustations in all equipment and pipes, in which at low temperatures is also heated as:

- Cooling towers;
- Air conditioning;
- Dishwasher;
- Washing machines;

and more sharply in heating boilers or steam. The absence of scale deposits reduces the cost of operation and maintenance. All implants are made of duplex FDT SKlD, wired electrically and hydraulically connected, pre-tested at our. establishment, practically ready for operation

The filtration sand bed is frequently used and it is a very valuable method to remove suspended solids from water.
The operation and 'quite simple, usually a sand filter is constituted by a cylindrical container, inside which is inserted washed silica sand, monolayer (that is, all of the same grain size), multi-layer (ie layers of different grain size) or particle size variable.

The pump draws water from the tank and sends it to the filter, allowing it to enter from the top, the water passes through all the filtering layer and is collected at the bottom by "candles" or "plates" which convey it again in tank through the feeder.
During the transition, the water removes suspended particles, wiping.
Sand filters are available in different sizes and materials and operate either manually or fully automatically.

The Industrial automatic self cleaning filters are designed to remove all suspended solids in surface waters (rivers, lakes and seawater), well water and waste water.
They are particularly suitable for the following applications:

- Prefiltration for ultrafiltration (UF)
- Pre-filtration for reverse osmosis (RO)
- Prefiltration for water treatment plants
- Process water
- Cooling Towers
- Heat exchangers
- Irrigation
- Aquaculture
- Protection spray nozzles

The compressor of the gas turbine is the component with the greatest impact on the performance of the turbine itself.
It is therefore necessary that it is always perfectly efficient.
The blading of the compressor, in addition, is subject to the surface deposits of impurities that accumulate during operation of the machine, it consists of the contaminants from the external environment (sea air, dust, fertilizers, etc.) And in part by the machine itself (vapors of oil from the compressor bearing).
This creates the need to remove the deposits through the washing of the compressor, so as to restore the normal efficiency.

Our washing plants for turbines are designed to restore the ideal conditions of efficiency, which can worsen with the accumulation of dust and dirt.
The cleaning is carried out by spraying a mixture of water and detergent in the axial compressor body.

The washing of gas turbine compressors is known as the best method for the prevention against dirt of the compressors.

It ensures the maximum power possible, improves fuel efficiency and reduces wear and tear of components such as bearings and blades.
The compressor wash on (hot washing) can significantly reduce between the shutdowns needed for the wash to the compressor off, thus reducing productivity losses and periods of inactivity.

The efficiency of a gas turbine is strongly conditioned by the degree of fouling of the own compressor. In order to maintain always a high degree of compressor cleaning, which implicitly guarantees the maximum efficiency of the gas turbine, a suitable washing skid is provided that has therefore the aim to remove the deposits that have caused a loss of power and efficiency.

The compressor wash system provides the water / detergent mixture and / or water for the cleaning procedure of the compressor at the desired pressure.

The construction site of machinery and technological systems is critical for companies that want to compete globally and want to offer their plants abroad in the global market.

Feasibility study and indoor / outdoor layout
Both the internal configuration of the container and external devices are studied from time to time according to the specific needs of the customer.

Already being offered fdt Ltd. shall carry out a feasibility study, through the preparation of a preliminary design developed based on data provided by the Client, highlights:

• the location of different equipment inside the container;
• the number and the position of the doors;
• the size and position of the air passage openings;
• the size and location of the internal separation walls apt to create local dedicated to the segregation of paintings or other accessories.

The advantages of containerisation systems are manifold:
Measures: you can conform to standard measures accepted worldwide.
Robustness: the container has a sturdy steel structure welded self-supporting and is likely to be moved by means of the corner blocks and raised with all interior equipment, even the heaviest.
Portability: the use of containers also allows frequent moves by truck, rail and ship
Safety: The containers are certified by organizations such as Rina attesting to its safety for the handling and transport.
Design: thanks to modelling in AutoCAD you can design the interior, frames, doors, grills etc. We can build containers with special measures
Ventilation: can be mounted on the walls of the container our special grids in galvanized steel or aluminium with ribbed and inclined fins at 40 ° and with an anti-insect mesh lining. On the racks you can install the filters.
Insulation: thanks to the internal insulation, you can create an environment that can be air-conditioned by conditioners can dissipate the heat produced internally.
Dislocation Storage: The containers are stackable.
Safety: The containers are certified by organizations such as Rina attesting to its safety for the handling and transport.
