Principle of operation
The operating principle of the dirt separator is based on the combined action of several physical phenomena.

The inner element (1) is constituted by a set of lattice surfaces arranged in a radial pattern. The impurities present in the water, colliding with such surfaces, are separated precipitating in the lower part of the body (2) in which they are collected.

Furthermore, the large internal volume of the dirt separator ensures that the speed of the fluid flow is reduced in such a way that it is favoured, by gravity, the separation of the particles contained in it.

The discharge of collected impurities is carried out, also with the system running, by opening the drain cock (3). The dirt separator is designed in such a way that, in it is indifferent to the direction of flow of the heat transfer fluid

The polypreparers is a machine that has the function of automatically preparing solutions of polyelectrolyte powder and water in the desired concentrations, using an appropriate dosing system and mixing of the ingredients.
The product powder by a screw feeder, is dosed and pre-mixed with water inside a first preparation tank equipped with a stirrer. The solution thus obtained will pass through special weirs, from the first to the second tank (maturation), and then move to the third (accumulation), the latter equipped with adjustable overflow and level probes for the automatic operation. Each tank is equipped with agitators to keep the solution homogeneous and discharges at the bottom to ensure the emptying of all sectors in case of need

The ultraviolet rays are light energy in very short wavelength. By means of special quartz lamps, containing mercury vapor at low pressure, we can produce ultraviolet radiation of constant wavelength and controlled. The ultraviolet rays emit radiation of 2537 angstroms, corresponding to the optimum wavelength for destroying the organic nucleus of microorganisms, bacteria, viruses, fungi, algae or molds present in the water.

The water enters the disinfection chamber in stainless steel are where, protected by a special quartz casing, they are housed the lamps that radiate ultraviolet rays at high intensity. Once inside, the water instantly undergoes the irradiation of ultraviolet. Such irradiation is prolonged by the particular shape of the hydraulic circuit through which the water flows.
The prolongation of exposure of water to ultraviolet rays is necessary to obtain a total killing of microorganisms.
And 'it demonstrated that the irradiation of ultraviolet energy to dosing and at appropriate wavelength eliminates bacteria and viruses to the water 99.99%.
